Twenty years ago, I realized the thing I most enjoyed in any work situation was helping people solve problems. I wanted more insight into the motivations for human behavior and more strategies for helping people. So I went in search of good training, which I found at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. Because it was such good training, I have pursued and completed both a Masters and Doctorate degree from BGSP.
Over the past 20 years, I have practiced in the Upper Valley as a psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, and couples. What will you experience if you decide to work with me? I can offer focused listening, informed questions, and, if you request it, skillful guidance. If we decide to work together, we will start where you want to start and travel where you want to go. My practice is open to all. Over time, I have gained a lot of experience working with those interacting with the court system as well as people with developmental challenges. I can offer short term therapy for those seeking help with a specific problem and, if you wish, longer term therapy for whole-life issues.
I look forward to meeting you. Call or email me when you’re ready.
